We had been working with Mindy for a couple years before finally finding the perfect home! Mindy went above and beyond accommodating us as we live over 10rs away. She was incredibly patient with us when we had previous contracts fall through. We could not have asked for a better realtor! I would highly recommend using Mindy O'Brien at Big Fish Realtor.  She went above and beyond on every aspect of our closing to make sure we were satisfifed and taken care of every step of the way! Mindy was our real estate agent when moving from Dayton, Ohio. She was a pleasure to work with and stayed on top of houses coming on the market in our price range. She was always accessible and went above and beyond when we had any questions even after moving to Lake Martin. Moving to an entirely new location out of state can be scary at first but knowing she was there to answer any questions we had was such a blessing. If you are buying or selling around Lake Martin make sure you contact the Mindy & Windy Team. We had the opportunity to work with them on a sale, purchase and sale of two properties on Lake Martin and could have not asked for more from these ladies. Their knowledge of the market was exceptional and every question we asked was answered. The properties we sold were under contract within just hours of being listed. The bottom line is, let these ladies help you if you looking to sell or buy, for you will not regret what they can do for you.

Mindy and Windy worked tirelessly to find us just the right lake home. They were in constant communication with us, and would meet within hours if we located a home we wanted to see.  Once we bought our new home, Mindy and Windy quickly listed our current home. The listing was professional and thorough, resulting in a sale within days. Great home buying experience as well as sale of original condo unit prior to purchase.  And I speak from experience-we have done a few sale/purchases in our time!  Windy and Mindy both helped us locate, view, work up offer and purchase the perfect home for us at Lake Martin.  We went through both the process of considering to build as well as looking at existing homes.  With inputs from these ladies, we made the best choice possible and couldn't be happier.  The added touch of a housewarming gift at closing was just the icing on the cake.  These ladies are HIGHLY RECOMENDED by both of us for any type real estate purchase in the Lake Martin area.  They are very knowledgeable of the area and sincerely seek to find that one property that meets your needs and desires.
